In such critical applications, reliability and efficiency is imperative. Understanding this, Mersen has designed its tubes for these units up to ~22 foot lengths, compared to 14’ tubes found elsewhere in the market. This allows for a seamless tube instead of spliced tubes for longer units, avoiding a common leak-point and breaking point entirely.
Our graphite tubes are available in wrapped configurations, that offer superior resistance to thermal shock, and unwrapped configurations, which have more outstanding heat transfer properties.
